RÉSIDIS: A leading player in social housing in France
About LOGELY
Fifteen years ago, Voyages Services Plus - VSP was first called upon by social operators to meet the occasional need for shelter. VSP's teams were quick to mobilize and put in place all the resources needed to welcome isolated individuals and families.
Responsible, supportive and committed, the Logely brand, created by VSP in 2020, provides quality accommodation solutions for people in precarious situations. Its offer is aimed at the entire emergency accommodation ecosystem, from public bodies to associations working to integrate people into society through housing.
Logely's services are designed locally to meet the specific needs of each region. A commitment to solidarity to promote the autonomy, integration and well-being of all our residents.
In January 2024, VSP-Logely joins the Résidis Group to become the brand dedicated to emergency apartment-hotel accommodation. By 2024, Logely manages 16 private social housing establishments in France - EHVS. Based mainly in the Ile-de-France region, Logely's ambition is to develop its business first and foremost in so-called "under-pressure" regions, where the supply of social hotel places dedicated to emergency accommodation is particularly inadequate.

Encouraging and developing the conditions for autonomy :
food, our primary medicine
Sunday March 13, 2022: Doctor Hussen Moubarak (Henri-Mondor Hospital, 94) came to give a talk at Le Hall residence (Paray-Vieille-Poste, 91).
The aim of the event: how to combine diet and health? How can we identify the eating habits that are detrimental to our health, vitality and balance? This is often a difficult road to travel alone.
That's why it's important to provide families with information and advice on the relationship of food to medicine and health (vitamins, vegetables, dairy products, etc.).
This operation was carried out by the Association SDJ (Solidarité jeunesse) in the residence.

A word from the Chairman
The need for shared accommodation has led to a 5-fold increase in the use of private accommodation partners since 2010.
Faced with this rapid growth, the conversion of private establishments presented itself as an agile solution for meeting the demand for new quality accommodation capacity.
For more than 17 years, we have been transforming ourselves to live up to this commitment: to better welcome and support the people we house. We have become a true partner of the State. It's a mission that engages us on a daily basis, and one that we take seriously. And I'm proud of it.
Being a "hébergeur solidaire" is a profession in its own right, which requires us to know how to manage a social hostel in all its dimensions, while putting our residents at the heart of our concerns. Our impact-based business model, dedicated to improving our residents' quality of life, is the cornerstone of this approach.
We do much more than just provide accommodation, we support our residents' life paths to promote their independence and well-being. This is our contribution, as a hotel manager, to promoting access to housing and employment for our residents.
As a committed local player, we collaborate with our social and associative partners, as well as institutional players such as government departments and local authorities, to ensure concerted, complementary action.
Our ambition is to become a major player in the French accommodation market.
